yes the fans are included. I have had my computer built for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The case is super ventilated and the fans are nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this case. It looks very nice and the leds aren't too bright which I like.

Are there any extra 120mm fan ports?

No. However, this case offers plenty of cooling and you can swap out the existing fans for liquid cooling or alternative fans. :-)

Can this fit a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO??

Most likely. I bought this tower 2 years ago and it is huge. There is room for up to 4 hard drives, 2 graphic cards, and 4 DVD/CD drives. It has plenty of room. I'm pretty sure it would be able to fit a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO.

Can I connect the fan cables on this computer to a fan controller? And how loud are the fans? And if possible, please tell me how many decibels those create :) Thanks in advance!

Hmm I'm pretty sure you can do that but the fans are actually really quiet on this case. The only thing that occasionally rattles is the filter right below the spot for the power suppl . But all I usually do is push it back into place and its quiet again.
