Are the 80mm fans replaceable? If so, what type of connector are they?

Most fans inside PSU aren't (directly) replaceable... Like Kathy P said, you'll most likely have to desolder to then desolder the new fan cables. You just have to kinda get creative but it is possible to do it as I have personally done quite a few myself in the past. Good luck to ya!

Does this psu have a 6 pin pcie connector?

It comes with a PCi-e adapter which was not originally included; additionally the spec sheets show that it does not include 6pin PCi-e however it does include a cable to connect via molex but in any serious gaming scenario using a power molex to 6pin splitter is a big no no; everything needs to be dedicated power consumption, no halving voltages! But this does run great, my wife uses it for the new Sims 4 with a FX6800 & GT 640 with 8gb of Corsair ram and runs great!
