sorry about the mixup on other review that was for my other case I got.  yes it comes with one fan and it will fit the 120/140mm fans up top and in front. the ones up top will fit 120/140 x 15mm the 20/25 mm width fans will not fit too wide with a dvd drive installed. it is an excellent builders case I love the layout and it has hiddin spot for psu and 2 hhd slots excellent cable management

Does this have a spot for an optical drive?

It does have a drive bay, however if you put in an optical drive you will only have room for one fan on top of the case. So if you were planning on having 2 fans or have a large radiator for liquid cooling it might not fit with the drive installed.

How is the airflow and how many fans are you using?

Im using 240 mm fans on front for my cpu water cooling, then I added 2 on top to fan out the heat. I kept the one in the back. It's not exactly that light blue color, it's more blue. So originally, I think there were two fans, one in the front and one in the back. It has enough space to add more. I tried to attach my 240mm watercooler on top and it didn't have enough space, that's why I put it in the front.

Front airflow is a bit lacking, but I haven't seemed to have any heat issues

Not really that loud.  Somewhat, all depending on what you do, and how you hook up your fans.

From my experience, the fans are rather quiet. Not silent, but the sound is faint and easy to ignore.

Is the power supply cover removeable?

I just mounted the power supply from the back. It's simpler then trying to remove a part from the case if you don't have to.

Can I somehow fit 1SSD/3 HDD in here?

Yes, you can fit 4 in the viewing area, 2 on the bottom on the PSU cover, and 2 on the back wall. There is also a place behind the wall to hide the drives as well.

What are specs of the two fans that come with the case? Are they quiet and do they move a decent amount of air or should I replace them with different ones?

They're decent, you can always add more fans but these fans will do the job. Never had a problem since i got the case. I do run my CPU with liquid cooling so that might change the pc temp a little.

Is it easy to cable manage with a non-modular PSU for this case?

Yeah, its not too bad. The cover at the bottom allows you to hide the PSU and excess cables. As long as the cables are long enough, you can run them up the backside (behind the motherboard). There is a good amount of space behind the motherboard, and some areas to use zip ties to tie the cables down.
