What is the IOS? In one place is says 9.3.2...in another it says IOS 7

I don't know...have not been using any apple products since they are not user friendly and not compatible with anything

Spent over 40minutes waiting to speak with someone at Newegg who could tell me NOTHING about this iPad. Nothing about the condition or if it came with a cord and charging adapter. Nothing. The consumer is left guessing?

The best way to confirm specs is actually by checking the manufacturer's website (that's where we get them). Click on the Specifications tab on the item page, and look in the Quick Info box on the bottom of the page.
