What is the condition of the macbook air? Excellent, good,?

Good Morning. I'm having problems with the product. The product delivered is not what was purchased by the site. I only realized now that I came back to Brazil, so I would like to know how we can solve my problem. The notebook shipped is a 2012 model A1465, far away, and much cheaper than the one announced that it was an Early 2015 MJVM2LL. Awaiting. Thank you.

how many cycles does the battery have ?

what is the release year and processor type/speed (GHz)?

Looks like 2015, and either i5 5250U or 5260U as those were the two Braswell i5s Apple used in these.
