Please tell me if the download requires immediate install and activation? Or can I put it in inventory and install or sell it later (still unused)?

You just get an email with a product key and a download URL when you purchase.  I'm not sure about the legality of resale, but the download url links back to arcsoft's site.  I assume it will remain valid as long as they support the software (I'd still suggest downloading it and putting it on skydrive/google drive just in case).  There shouldn't be a time limit on the product key, though there may be limitations on number of activations.

Which photo formats support? Like JPEG and so on, also if can change or format a photo to JPEG or others format or not?

Arcsoft PhotoStudio 6 works with about a dozen common file formats, plus another dozen RAW formats. It will also convert from one format (e.g. .jpg) to another (e.g. .bmp) and between grey scale and RGB. It will also convert to different BIT depths (24/48). There are probably some limitations on some of the more exotic format conversions, but most "common" file type imports, saves and conversions can be done.
