Question 1

Does the Logo on the CPU light up at all? Also I will be installing this into https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133358 Should I have all 6 fans facing to exhaust outwards (will be placing this at the top of said case) meaning should all 6 fans be exhaust if placed on top?

The logo does not light up. On pretty much any case I recommend setting the top fans as exhaust, as heat will rise naturally above the gpu and cpu anyway, and will flow out the case a bit better. Put fans at the front of the case as intake. As far as the amount of fans go, having more exhaust fans than intake fans will create a negative air pressure inside the case, which increases dust buildup. Try to go as even as possible with both exhaust and intake fans. Maybe use 3 of the fans from this for intake, or just get more fans. I use the thermaltake P3, which is an open air case so I never had to worry about this issue. Hope this helps!

I take it this is a sealed system with coolant already inside?  Will the liquid need to be changed out?

I have the 360 .  I do not think it needs to be change.   Nothing stating that it would need changed in the instructions.  I would note that the radiator is large.  If you are going to also use an optical drive you will need be choosy about picking a case

Does this work with the AIO mounting bracket included in AMD ThreadRipper processors?

Yes, it does.  I installed it with a 1950X no problem, with no additional parts required.

Will this have a plate to work with X399 Socket FM4?

The threadripper comes with a mounting bracket.  There is no need to buy a separate bracket.

Will this fit in a Thermaltake View 91 RGB PLUS case without issue?

Yes, i recommend using it in the front to avoid interfering with other component on the motherboard

How Long is the tubes and how flexible are they?

Tubes are 326mm long and they feel moderately flexible, though I wouldn't recommend contorting them any more than you would another AIO.
