No... it has the spot to mount a flex power supply, but it is not included.

My iTX MB accepts a laptop power supply so I haven't mounted a PS in it.

Where can I mount a 2.5" hard drive?

Two 2.5" hard drives can mount to the underside of the lid of the case.
A bracket is included to attach the drives.

has any one purchased a flexible riser or any riser for this. if so which one? i'm looking at a flexible ones and not sure if 5cm in long enough

5 cm should be more than enough, the case is tiny.  Be advised though, adding a card will further choke air flow. I ran a 65 watt cpu and it was running over 100C even with a light load.  I had to modify the case and put a 120mm fan on top in order to compensate.

How heavy is this case?

Heavy! Not only the aluminum alloy material used for the front panel, but also the excessively this sheet metal the removable panels are made of. It's not that it's too heavy, it's that we've been accustomed to too thin/too light for so long. This is essentially a "server grade" enclosure shrunk to a mini-size. And instead of that diatribe I *could* have weighted it. Yes, true, although it exceeds the paper weight scale I have handy, that tops at 2Kg...
