Electric warming tray employs graphene heating technology, offering greater coverage, faster and more uniform heating, and flexible placement of tableware.
Can this product heat food to boiling?
The Rintea warming tray's core function is to keep food constantly warm. Due to its power rating, it is not designed to heat food to a boil. To achieve this, we recommend using a higher-power appliance such as a microwave or induction cooktop.
Can this warming mat be placed directly on a tabletop? Will it damage the surface?
This product can be safely placed directly on heat-resistant surfaces. However, for heat-sensitive surfaces such as marble, granite, and quartz, we recommend avoiding prolonged high-temperature use to protect your countertop from potential damage.
How can I prevent my countertop from cracking due to heat when using the warming pad?
To prevent heat damage, start at the lowest setting (104°F) and monitor the surface's temperature. For extended high-temperature use on a heat-sensitive countertop, place a heat-resistant pad underneath. This helps avoid cracking or damage.
Why does using an infrared thermometer to measure the mat's surface not reach the advertised 100°C (212°F)?
The product's operating temperature range is 90°C to 100°C (nominal 95°C ±5°C). For accurate measurement, use a contact thermocouple instead of an infrared thermometer, as the latter can be affected by surface emissivity settings.
