If you have been concerned about the survivability of your camshaft drive, and its ability to make it through an entire race without stripping or breaking, ARP's new cam drive should put your mind to rest. ARP built this to be "bulletproof" -- totally reliable. This is a through-hardened (not just case hardened) shaft forged from ARP2000 alloy chrome moly steel with corrosion-resistant oxide finish, and it is rated at 220, 000 psi. It is 1" long, features form rolled threads that are 9/16" -18 by. 625 on the cam end and 3/8" hex on the drive, and the concentricity is.
