Why can't I connect via Bluetooth?
I. Mobile & Mac: Download the Flashlabel Pro app and enable Bluetooth.
II. Windows: Install the Bluetooth driver (not USB) and turn on Bluetooth.
Why are the labels blurry or missing text?
I. Blurry text: Increase the print density and reduce the print speed.
II. Make sure the buttons on both sides of the printer (used to open and close it) are fully locked.
III. Check the print head for dirt and clean it with an alcohol wipe.
Why do labels always come out misaligned or get jammed when I print them?
I. Load labels, adjust the width guide, and wait for auto-calibration.
II. Keep a gap of =1 label's length between the label holder and printer.
III. Ensure the print head is clean and free of debris.
