Can this motherboard support an AMD RYZEN 7 2700X 8-Core 3.7 GHz (4.3 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 105W YD270XBGAFBOX Desktop Processor?

Do NOT buy this board for that CPU.  It technically supports that CPU but this is a system builder board meant for low core CPU's.  The VRM's on this board will not do well with an 8 core/16threaded processor running at 105W.   Get yourself a B450 board with some form of heatsink on the VRM's.  AsRock Steel Legend B450M or MSI b450M Bazooka MAX would be better boards to get for that CPU.

It does NOT have Wi-Fi built in so you would need a separate Wi-Fi adapter

If you are going to build your own PC you need to know how to look up the specs on these products. It took me about two minutes to find this page which lists the compatible CPUs for this motherboard. This forum will not allow links so just search for this motherboard part number and follow the link on the Asrock website. It looks to me like your prefered cpu is supported.

Yes.  It should.  It can support most AMD Ryzen 7 cpu's.  You shouldn't have any problem installing or using.  If you are still unsure, every modern mb has a cpu support list which can be accessed on the makers product page under support.

I'm not sure if it's exactly the same but I put a ryzen 5 2600 into mine out of the box and have had zero issues after 2 months. I think they have been updated before sale.

Will this board be a good replacement for a MSI 760GMA p34 (FX)?

This MB is about five years old. I have no idea what the MSI board is about and won't do the research here for you. My suggestion is to look for a newer MB with PCIe version 4 support which is made for the double speed M.2 drives. My current M.2 is a superb performer but I am looking forward to doubling the speed.

It looks like this board does NOT support Ryzen 3/5/7 3000 series processors, as this board is several years older than the processor. But you probably would not want to put a Ryzen 7 processor from the 2000 or 1000 series in it either. This is a basic-tier board, and Ryzen 7 is a high-tier line of processors. For example, the power-regulation on the board is not really designed for a part like this, and irregular power delivery or the processor boosting too quickly may cause system instability.From what I can find, it looks like if you want an inexpensive board to work for Ryzen 7 3700x, you should go with a B450 motherboard.

You say you're new to PC; I would suggest to go to places like the buildapc sub-Reddit or other forums and ask people there if you have put together a well-balanced system that will work well for what you want to use it for.

Is the BIOS updated for a Ryzen 3220g by Newegg?

Mine has only ever seen a 200GE and a R5-1600. I'd advise getting a b450 board if you can find one for around the same price, it has better upgrade options moving forward and a higher likelyhood of being bios ready out of the box.
