wanted to ask the same thing and I see you got NO answers.  that's not a good sign.  But I checked their page asrock dot come /mb/AMD/A520M-ITXac/ and it says "Supports AMD AM4 Socket Ryzen™ 3000, 4000 G-Series and 5000 and 5000 G-Series Desktop Processors*"  so... probably?!

Does this board have one or two M.2 connectors? Seems like there is one that is occupied by the WLAN module - will I be able to attach an NVMe SSD in addition to the WLAN module without buying extra hardware?

You will be able to attach an NVMe SSD in the Ultra M.2 Socket without needing extra hardware.
