No. There is an M.2 slot to add it, and a QVL for PCIe WiFi Modules on ASRock's product listing page

Did anyone have trouble installing an OS with this board? I can't get flash drives to run anything on it.

I couldn't get it to boot at all until I installed a vga graphics card. After that it booted and I took the graphics card back off and it booted from the integrated graphics with no issue. After that no problem installing the OS. Not sure if that helps at all but...
