No.  Only DDR5 memory is supported.  You will physically break the RAM slots if you try.  There is a QVL for this board if you want to know which sticks to buy.  Always look at the QVL for motherboards when buying memory.

The Samsung 970 Pro is a Gen 3x4 NVMe SSD. The ASRock B760M M.2 Slots are listed as only Gen 4x4 compatible. However, PCIE 4.0 is backward compatible with the PCIE 3.0 standard. Ideally you'd want a newer SSD like Samung 980 Pro NVMe (Gen 4) to take advantage of the 7,000MB/s speeds but not required.
