Does this board really support 64GB ram?  Manufacturer's website does not support that.

No.   No other H370 board supports 64GB with 2 Dimm sockets.   One must conclude the chipset does not support 32gb modules.  Besides, the manual says 32gb.  I just looked as I have one of these boards.

Will this board work with the i5-9600k CPU?

Yes, the motherboard supports the LGA1151 socket.  So the i5-9600k will work.

Question 3

I keep seeing that one of the mobo's features is Windows 10. Does it come with Windows 10 already installed, or would I have to install it separately?

...no. The operating system is installed on a separate hard drive. Not sure if you're planning on building this yourself, but you may want to look at hiring someone. Best of luck!
