Question 1

Help me, please!!! How can I fix it?

ASRock H81 PRO BTC R2.0 Motherboards always show error "Please install the PSU's 4-pin power cables to the 4-pin power connectors on your motherboard" when I connect 2 or more GPUs. When I connect 1 GPU, everything's fine.
I already connect both 4-pin power cables from EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 Power Supply via PERIF and PERIF/SATA port.

I bought 3 sets of ASRock H81 PRO BTC R2.0 Motherboards, EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 Power Supply, Radeon R9 Nano GPU, CPU, Memory, and etc.
3 sets got the same problem.

I really love old version of ASRock H81 PRO BTC Motherboards. I'm very disappointed now.

There is a BIOS setting to turn off the "plug in the 4-pin connectors" boot-up splash screen.  If you are connecting more than 3 gpus, I would recommend that you use separately powered risers.  Just the two 4-pin connections are not enough to support the total power draw of that many cards.  If you are already using powered risers for all the gpus, you do not need to connect anything to the 4-pin connectors - just disable the warning screen.

What PSU unit is good for this motherboard using all 6 GPUs.  Running 1060 and 1050 GPUs?

I have used an EVGA 1300 on 1070's without a problem. 1080's i use a 1600. hope this helps.

Unless it's marked open box or refurbished it is new, the r2 is the second version of the pro btc.

Question 4

Does this motherboard run DDR3L RAM?  Some new Pentium and Celeron processors say they only support DDR4/DDR3L.  So I need to clarify before buying.

Manual says it supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066 non-ecc, un-buffered memory.  I doubt it would take advantage of low-voltage DIMMs.  This is a socket 1150 board, and doesn't support newer CPUs anyway.

Just out of curiosity, will this fit in a mid-tower case?

It should.  It is a standard full-sized ATX motherboard.  Unless your case is designed specifically for micro-ATX or smaller motherboards, it should fit.

That being said, this motherboard is designed for crypto-mining, and has only a single full-length PCIe-16X slot.  The rest of the PCIe slots are PCIe 1X, and very short.

This motherboard is generally used in an open, horizontal layout.  There are better motherboards for a tower case and conventional desktop usage.

Will this board support RX 470? or what do I need to do for this board to support RX 470's

Nothing just buy it, some friends from a group in facebook, dedicated to crypto currencies mining, they told me that it works nice with RX 400 series (470 and 480) , no problems.
