No it does not. However the fps gains from Xfire or SLI nowadays is negligible because of drivers. Tons of Techtubers with videos on how sad Xfire’s performance is.

I read some GPUs work with only UEFI BIOS. Does the 8GB version work with Legacy BIOS motherboards too? If not, what about the 4GB version? I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 rev6 motherboard.

It depends on your motherboard, is that an AM3+ MB?  You shouldn’t have any issues. For peace of mind add rx 570 and legacy bios to your MB in a simple Google search. I’m extremely happy with mine. I have it in an old asrock AM2 board with a phenom 2 x4 925 which isn’t technically supported by the MB, yet it all runs smooth. Good luck

If the motherboard has a pci-e slot and the power supply has a 6 pin connector it should. I’m not familiar with the size of the case for a Dell Optiplex 9020. That would be the only concern, whether the case is deep enough or not. The 570 isn’t a large card.
