How do you know if this card works? I have one, but currently not in a system, due to being unsure if its a good card or a dud, fans don't move and doesn't get picked up when on a motherboard blank screen is this normal? I haven't had this very long either barely 5weeks

Your comment was way back in February but yes the card that I received had 14gb memory bandwidth and the coreclock was bumped up to par with the other 5600xt variants.
