Not the one I recieved . I can tell you this It's a strait Beast ! 1440p Ultra All day doesn't get hot. Mind it'd a 13 inch Card so You might need a Bigger case. I literally have about an 1/8 inch clearance from my front AIO LOL

Yes.  It will run a 750w just fine as long as you only use one card.  I upgraded to a 1000w because I'm using two cards now, but I originally used a 750w.

What is your power draw on idle like with dual monitors?

Im pulling 41 watts regardless of anything I do @ Idle . Undervolting makes no change and 2 monitors make no difference either. It's just what it is. I dont like it but other then spending 1200 bucks on a 4080 or more for a 4090 it's the best we got.

Can you confirm Lenght is 328 mm? That is really long!
