Can this board be run headless? That is, could I run this board as a server, without a video card?

Integrated graphics for this generation/motherboard would be determined by the processor you put in it. It'll run fine with no video output, but it might not POST if it detects absolutely no GPU. Just make sure you're not pairing it with a processor such as an i5-3350P, which has no integrated graphics and would not POST without a discrete GPU.

Will this motherboard work with my GTX 750 Ti and i5 3570k?

I am using 650 TI 2gb and i5-3570k with it currently. It is fine. You just need to make sure the motherboard you are purchasing matches the processor SOCKET type. In this case you take LGA 1155 socket for the processor. You should not have a problem with the i5-3750k if it is a LGA 1155 socket, it will fit the motherboard as long as the socket types match. The graphics card will work with pretty much any pci slot I guess, I had put my 650 TI into a old dell dimension from 2001, and it was able to use it with old pci slot, but ofcourse the old processor was bottlenecking anything worth playing with a dedicated graphics card anyway. Sorry to get off topic a little, lol.

Can you put a EVGA GTX 650Ti BOOST 2GB into this, also how well does this preform?

Yea, it should handle the 650ti no problem. The performance is excellent it recommends higher end hardware by default. Overall it's a great board, a lot of play room, crossfire / sli gpu compatible, and excellent bios. Needless to say you will be fine. Make sure Ram is 2800(oc)  or 2600 otherwise it may run choppy. I use for gaming and its excellent. Simple install also. Hope that helps a bit as it's frustrating finding gpu compatibility etc.

Yes, it supports overclocking of any socket 1155 CPU by changing the CPU clock multiplier.

I have a Hp Pavilion Slimline s5-1234 pc which has a Foxconn H61AP LGA 1155 Intel H61 ATX Intel Motherboard could I swap it for this mother board and would I have to re-install windows?

You should be able to swap the boards easily but you may have to re-install Windows.  I am not sure whether Windows looks to the CPU or motherboard when checking to see whether it's a "new" computer but I am pretty sure it checks somewhere.

I bought an ASUS GT 640 graphics card to go with this board. It's an NVIDIA card and I can't get it work. Is this an AMD only board for video cards or...is the card I got defective?

No, it's not, but you may need to disable the on-board video.   There's no rule that says you have to match mobo chipset and video card for them to work, but on-board video on any board can cause issues with off-board graphics cards.  Without knowing more about the problem, it's hard to diagnose.  If you could provide details, I could probably be of more help.

Will this MOBO fit a gtx 770?

No reason it won't; the mobo has a full pci-e 3.0 x 16 slot.

Also, it doesn't support SLI, and the 2nd pci-e slot is only a x4.

The real thing to worry about is if your case will fit a long GPU like a 770.

Memtest86 is a free utility you can download. I have not heard of it being built into a motherboard. In any case, type Memtest86 into a search engine and you will find it easily enough.
