How many 3-pin fan ports does this motherboard have on it?

there are two 3/pin fan connectors on this board.  Power fan 1 is on the left side of the cpu close to the edge of the board and channel fan 2 is on the bottom part of the board on the right hand side.

there is also a 4 pin fan connector labeled channel fan 2 on the upper right side of the board.

there are 2 cpu fan connectors, a 3 pin and a 4 pin.

Question 2

It says the PCI 2.0 slot is running at x4, does that mean it cant run crossfire?

If you're looking for a board to use crossfire with... This isn't the one. I got this board because I'm exclusively a single GPU kinda guy.

Question 3

Does this motherboard work with the XEON E3-1230V2 CPU?

I honestly don't know. The specs on the System Board say CPU type: Core i7 / i5 / i3 (LGA1155).
The Socket types are the same, but I just am not sure. 
I would contact the ASR Rock Mfr. directly and ask them.

Question 4

I'm looking for a really good, compatible heat sink to use with this motherboard.  Any advice?

I used the one with my processor because my previous heat sink/fan didn't fit. Looks like older products aren't compatible. My plan is to attempt flattening the mounting brackets to see if I can get the extra .25" needed to clear the mounting pin holes.

Question 5

Does this product work with the intel core 4670 or 4670k? I know it says 2nd and 3rd gen on the box but maybe they updated it?

No it wont, for the future just check the socket type of the motherboard and
the cpu. this motherboard is socket 1155 and the processor is 1150, 
meaning they are not compatible.
