will this work with the asus tf700t? if not, what will?

Yes, I bought this as a replacement for my stock charger that came with the Transformer Infinity and it works as advertised. Only downside is that the cord is only around 2-3 ft long, where as my original model came with a ~6ft cord.

What type of in/out voltage/wattage/amperage does this adapter utilize? Knowing so would greatly help avoid buying this overpriced monstrosity.

If you have an ASUS TF101, SL101, TF201, TF300; then this is the AC Adapter that you need. The ASUS devices listed above require crazy output numbers (triple the standard for other devices). Only purchase if you have the listed ASUS devices. Owner of a TF201.
