Is this card compared a 1070 or a 1080?

Hi Guy, I have the asus rog strix vega 56. It's the same card as the arez. For 1080P gaming, 1070Ti or arez which ever is cheapest. For 1440P and high textures get the Vega 56/64. The vega 56 with an undervolt and gpu/memory over clock is stable and beats the 1070 Ti on high textures and 1440P. Notanapplefan's video shows just how easy the undervolt is to use. If you can hold out till they are in stock Radeon VII with the newest drivers and an undervolt beats RTX2080. If you want to water cool, EK makes a block for the rog strix but EK would not commit to it working on the arez strix board. That is why I got the rog strix vega 56.
