It does not have a wireless card built-in. It does have ethernet conectivity via the motherboard, but no WLAN card installed or chipset on the motherboard.

Does this system have 10/100/1000 ethernet and does it have any usb 3.0 ports?

I don't have a USB 3.0 device or wired internet to test it, however according to the Device Manager:

1) It has Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (RTL8168, I can't tell if it's B or E, but both are 10/100/1000)
2) It has AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller

Does the Windows 8 Operating System disk come with the tower?

Yes it comes installed, but the is no Windows 8 installation disk.

Is this desktop capable of using dual monitor display?

Yes i currently have it set up that way. 1 using the HDMI port. #2 using the VGA slot.
