hows the high definition for watching videos?

It's fantastic. I bought this machine and put in 2x 1TB hd's in a RAID 1 config. Installed server 2008 R2 and set it as the active directory domain controller for the office I work at. This bad boy serves as the DHCP, DNS, and File server for 30+ users. We recently switched to VoIP so we've got 3cx 32 line pro running on this machine as well. So far no lags/hiccups.

Question 2

Looking for a 600-650 watt power supply. I do not know where to look. Does ASUS have a special connection that might require a special power supply?

I don't know.  I'd call the company abs ask them.  My IT guys recommended this computer. It's great so far.

can I add a second hard drive to it?

Short answer is yes.  There are two drive bays and a room for another CD drive.  There is also, from what I glanced at, two available power connectors as well.  On the motherboard I at least 3 available SATA ports as well.

Memory Upgrade-wise, I've looked everywhere and I can't find the upgrade specifications.  PC came from factory with 2X4GB DDR 1600.  Can this motherboard accept more RAM?  up to how many GB?  In which configuration?

This can accept up to 16GB of RAM.

can a PCI express 3 works with this PC?

PCIe refers to a slot on your mobo.  the question doesnt make much sense.  but yes this MOBO has PCIe Slots, as indicated in the Specifications.

Will this computer support the game Minecraft?  I want a new computer for internet browsing/homework, and my son wants to play minecraft.
