Is this a touch screen display? The overview and video seem to say it is but the specifications say it is non touch.

It is a touch screen.  The unit is actually very nice and very powerful, unfortunately it only worked about 2 weeks and I am currently in the RMA process.   They paid for the shipping, and had I not thrown away the box it would have been repaired free of charge.  That still leaves the fact that in the last 5 weeks...it was a touch screen for only 2 of them... the last three weeks it has been a paper weight in a tech department somewhere.

Are there any options or upgrades available for this computer?

All-in-ones are much like laptops. With this machine what would one want to upgrade other than memory. This like most machines in this era are designed to add USB 3.0 devices to obtain more storage space otherwise the next big upgrade is a whole new computer.
