The i5 6400 uses the LGA1151 socket, which can support upgrades up to the i7 7700k, and the DDR4 memory is not soldered and can be replaced/upgraded

My neighbor purchased one and he got a wired ASUS keyboard and mouse.  Must be luck.  Spin the wheel and take your chances.

Yes, however, you'd have to reinstall the OS on the SSD should you plan to boot from it, and also most likely edit the drive boot order in the BIOS.
