Can I dual-monitor with it?

It will support two displays simultaneously.  Just don't expect both displays to show high frame rates or complex HD graphics at the same time.  It's not really a gaming card.  I does just fine supporting two displays in an office environment.

This card works great. I play raid shadow legends on it constantly every day and it has no problems. My new build is an Asus Z390 Tuff Gaming motherboard, an i7 9th generation 9700 coffee lake 8 core chip set, this GT Asus GDDR 5 card, 850 watt bps, 2 30 g rip jaw tsk I’ll mem sticks , a sSD drive for my windows 10 , a 1tb drive , a 300 Ed drive and a 500 g drive and a few extra rgb fans along with this nice big red fan that is included in the small tower case I installed all of my new parts I bought on Newegg .com and it’s a very good card for my system . Can’t beat the price of the card it was on sale for 59 . Also bought a cpu cooling fan , I had Ifixit usa built my system for me for 199 and install win 10 for an additional 99 . I’m a very happy camper .
