How much power is need to power this graphics card? I did could not find the power need.

I'm running it fine with this power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200 I think for any gaming PC you should look for at the very least 600w 40 amps 12V.

Can I play games like Minecraft on this card?

This card is overkill for Minecraft! If all you want to play is Minecraft or other less-intensive games, you're fine with a $150 GTX 650. I bought this card to put in SLI with another 660 TI that I already have. If I wanted to make a new single-GPU setup at the $250-300 price point, I would get the faster/better GTX 760 for the same price as this 660 TI.

I'm wondering what cable would give better quality . If it's an HDMI or Digital only or what? Please tell me also what cable will give best performance.

The cable that I use is always DVI-I. It has the highest transmission of data but does not provide audio. I believe that HDMI also has an extremely high transmission of data but can also send audio information. When it comes to a computer, I plug speakers (or headphones) into the appropriate audio ports and just run the video straight from the graphics card to the monitor, DVI-I (not DVI-D). It's worked well for me for as long as I can remember :-)
