I am running a INTEL BOXDG41RQI G41 LGA775 R motherboard 5 yrs, old. Would this board interchange maybe? Thanks.

Short answer, not really. It's the same form factor (Micro ATX) and takes the same power input (24 pin), so you should be able to swap it out and use the same case and power supply. However, you're going to need a new CPU and memory at the very least, because what you have in your current motherboard won't be compatible. Additionally, if you're going to use this for a gaming computer, you'll want to get a video card as the onboard video won't allow you to play newer games at decent settings.

That said, if you're looking to upgrade your PC on a budget, this motherboard plus an i3 CPU, 8 GB RAM, and RX 470 video card works nicely.

what would be a good budget psu for this motherboard with rx560 graphics card ?
I have about $60  for a psu .

Any that you find will work with the motherboard.  The minimum for the RX560 is a 450w PSU.  With that, I would highly recommend using a high quality PSU at 500w or greater.  Corsair, Thermaltake, EVGA, are good examples.  You'll notice they're not the cheapest of the bunch, and that's for a good reason.  Quality components and efficiency are important.  If money is an issue, go for a 450w PSU of quality over a cheaper 500w PSU.

Can I use both a SSD and an HDD with this product?

Absolutely. I'm using a 250gb ssd and a 2tb hdd. Only thing I didn't like about this card is the closeness of the pci slots.

Will this work with an i7 3930k?

The 3930k uses the FCLGA2011 socket, while this motherboard uses LGA 1151, so no. Besides, the CPU would be too big to fit.

if i run a 7th gen cpu on this mobo, will the ram modules be able to run ddr4  2400 MHz or can it only run 2133 MHz?

most likely it will run at 2400mhz . if the cpu supports 2133 but the mobo support 2400 then in a "overclocked" state it will run at 2400. so in the end you can make it run at a higher then rated speed if the mobo supports it

what does the disc do? i dont have a cd drive and dont plan on buying one because i was planning to install everything through USB port.

The disk has various tools and drivers on it. All of which I never used. Just get the main drivers from the website.
