Absolutely! Just not two as in a crossfire or sli setup. Also mind the size of your case as many mitx cases won't house a large card (but there are many that will).

This board appears to have a mini-PCIe slot near the chipset... is this valid?

(I don't see it listed in the specs...)

I'm not too familiar with computers, kind of just started as a hobby thing learning little bits as I go, so to answer your question, I'm not 100% positive that it is a mini-pcie slot. They call it a M.2 slot which is used for a mSSD and I think it supports the mini-pcie but not 100% sure and really not sure if the two are the same or different. Wish I could be more help to you, sorry.

No offence, but this question makes me doubt you should be buying this kind of hardware.

This is a Mini ITX board.  It is for Mini ITX cases.  Laptop motherboards are custom fabricated by the manufacturer and are not sold for you to build your own.

The documentation and the description both indicate an M.2 storage slot.  In the location indicated in the manual (between the SATA3/4 ports and the H97 chipset), the pictures on the website show no slot.  Can anyone verify there is an M.2 slot large enough to allow the 250GB M.2 drive sold by NewEgg?

The slot is underneath the motherboard - on the bottom side.  If you plan to use the slot, be very sure you have the clearance between your motherboard and the mounting surface.  If the drive is just a chip, it shouldn't be an issue.  However, be aware that installing and uninstalling the drive will require removing the motherboard each time.

I plan on buying a wireless adapter for this motherboard using then mini-pcie slot. Would I need to buy a separate antenna for it or does this motherboard have a built in option for it?

Yes, there is a USB 3.0 motherboard header that provides two USB 3.0 ports to the front panel, provided your computer case has the proper cable and connector.

Yes it does. Intel HD 3000 is the name. The thing with onboard video is that it uses your some of your ram as its vram, so if you have enough ram you'll be fine.

I think you meant to say IvyBridge processor and not motherboard?

This board will fit any Intel 1150 socket CPUs. so NO a IvyBridge CPU will NOT fit (IB = FCLGA1155). This Haswell "Ready" board requires a 1150 socket Intel Haswell CPU.
