ultimately it's your choice, however most people have them on top because the radiator would restrict some airflow, on the flip side it would bring in cool air which might cool the CPU a little better, but it's maybe 1-5c at best depending on the max pump flow, i've tried a 240mm and 360mm in both spots as intake and exhaust in their proper configurations using the same exact brand and model of the AIO on the attempts doesn't really matter.. I personally choose the top because it's easier to cable manage everything. hope this helps and isn't too late of an answer.
