Can I run old XP software on Windows 7 Pro?

I believe it was 64-bit. 99% sure, but I'm not in front of the computer to verify.

Add says Windows 7 Professional. Is it the 32 bit version?

Also can it be picked up at local will call in Memphis?

It is a 64 bit machine loaded with Windows 7 Pro. I purchased this model because it came with Windows 7. None of my clients like Windows 8 and the new interface. It is a good machine and no complaints as of yet.

To let you know, I am a system integrator.  The PC purchased was for a friend with specific needs.  The price offered was under what I could build one with OS software included.
Yes, the system can be upgraded but I must warn you that there is a warranty seal on the back cover.  Tampering with the seal before the 1 year warranty is up may cause issues with Asus.  Typically, if a PC works fine over the first several weeks of operation, the PC should be trouble-free for the long run.  Most issues causing poor performance is an infected PC. Thus, I would wait and upgrade after a couple of months to shake out any warranty issues.
Also, Asus did install one of their low end motherboards in the PC.  Thus, if you are looking for performance, this is not one to upgrade. 
Besides that, the PC works great!  The on board HDMI Video port does a great job displaying on an Asus 23" LED Monitor. I also purchased this monitor from Newegg that has over 1000 reviews.

Do this have an audio line input?  Or, what audio jacks are on the back of the computer?

It has 4 x SATA 3Gb/s, and 2 x SATA 6Gb/s.

What software is installed on this computer?

Windows 7 Professional came loaded on this PC.  If you purchase a Windows 8 OS, you can PAY to downgrade to Windows 7.  
Also, there is NO OS install disk provided.  Thus, purchase some DVDs and back up the drive with the included software from Asus.  I also backed up the drive with GParted Live which is a FREE tool that works great at the binary level to copy a complete drive image.  A warning of caution to those that have not used this tool before, be very careful reading and understanding each step or you could hose your new PC.

no wireless on this unit, only on select models. However you can 
buy a wireless nano USB adapter (very cheap, under $15.00) and 
your all set for wireless.
