No it is not built in. But you can surely add a Wirelees network card. or use a USB wireless.

Question 3

The specs show 1 5.5 and 2 3.5 external expansion slots.  Is this  correct?  I see the front panel that appears to have only one 5.25 slot.  Can anyone clarify this?

NO. ONLY THE SPECIAL SMALL ONES WITCH ARE NOT A DIME A DOZEN.
I AM WAITING FOR A RECEIVER CHIP SO I GO WIRELESS,
BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY CARD THAT WILL FIT.
