The photo shows  a Keyboard & mouse PS/2 port ,the spec don't mention it having them ,which is correct ?

mine came with mouse and keyboard, keyboard is black with white lettering is hard to see at times if no bright light

Does the pc come with recovery disc??  I'd like to move OS image to a SSD drive as soon as I get the pc, but am concerned that I might wipe the OS.

Actually, no, it doesn't come with a recovery disk and that's a concern if you are going to be messin' with that OS image. My soloution was to install an additiional HD (with my pre-existing data) import what I wanted to back up (on the new HD) and then create a system backup image on my old (added) HD.

I wish it came with a recovery disk...but no. :(

Is this computer set up for wireless internet use?

Sorry, no. The computer does not have WiFi support built-in.  We already had a USB WiFi receiver, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Is there a DVI Port for a monitor connection? I only see HDMI and VGA listed. Thank you in advance for the answer.

There is no DVI port on this as it comes from the factory, but you could run an HDMI to DVI adapter cable such as a Coboc EA-HD2DVI.

Yes, this is a complete functional computer and it comes with a CPU Processor, heat sink and a CPU fan. My only advise to you, upgrade the RAM as soon as you can for better performance.

I had the same question before I bought mine and couldn't't get many answers.  FYI, The motherboard is a H81M-A_DP/M11AD and you can find documentation for it from ASUS or elsewhere on line.  I can tell you it has physical space for additional optical drive and 2 slots for additional hard drives (I installed old SATA 3G drive from my crashed desktop).  Memory:  has 2 slots with the included 4gig occupying only one, so you can upgrade it without giving up the 4 you will have.  There are 2 unused Sata slots on the MB, 1 is sata6G and the other SATA3G, so you can add HDs or other devices.  There is one unused PCI (PCIEX16??) slot also.  Power supply has 2 unused SATA power connectors, 2 unused older (IDE??) 4-pin, and 1 floppy 4-pin.  I hope this helps.

how do you change the battery in the mouse?  I cannot seem to open the back of the mouse.  HELP!!!

Mine did not come with a battery powered wireless mouse.  Mine has a wire attached to it that you plug into one of your USB slots.  If yours has a wire, then there is no battery and no easy way to open the mouse without taking out screws.  If your pc came with a wireless mouse or you are using a different mouse than the one that came with your pc, then please provide the make and model of the mouse so we can assist you. it this prebuilt good for gaming?

Not particularly. An i3, while perfectly fine for web browsing, "office" tasks, etc., isn't especially powerful, and more importantly, this PC uses stock graphics instead of a discrete graphics card.

There's a reason gaming PCs cost $1000 and up and this PC doesn't. Heck, higher-end gaming video cards cost more than this whole PC, and high-end gaming PCs often have 2 or even 3 of such cards, along with a much more powerful CPU, lots more RAM, much more cooling, etc. For modern 3D gaming, I'd rate this PC about a 2 or 3 out of 10, but, again, it wasn't intended to be a gaming PC.

What is the fastest CPU I can upgrade to on this? i5...i7?

I see it is LGA 1150 and H81 chipset

I wouldn't plan on upgrading the CPU in this or nearly any pre-made computer. In order to save money and lower initial cost, manufacturers tend to spec out the smallest possible power supplies, cooling, etc. that will work for the intended CPU, and upgrading will often either make things run hot or simply not function at all.

If you want a more upgradable computer, I recommend building your own with quality parts. it will cost more initially, but with wise choices, it could be a good computer for 6+ years. This computer is a 3-5 year computer at best.
