Hello,
Would anyone know if this computer could handle dual monitors as is?

It does. I have two monitors hooked up to it at work without any issues. I have not tried running games on it, though, so the answer may depend on your needs.

You will need to use a different port type for each monitor, as it only has 1 of each (VGA, DVI, HDMI).

Question 2

I'd like to know what graphics card would be compatible for the m11bb. I'd like to know what do you guys recommend if I were to upgrade?

I bought this computer so I could upgrade for game playing without spending massive amounts of money. It already comes with  16 gigs of ram which is great. I installed a ssd hard drive and cloned the factory hard drive onto it for super fast boot and game/application/media load times (although this motherboard only supports SATA 2 instead of the newer and faster SATA 3 it's still way faster than the regular hard drive). 
Finally as for upgrading the graphics this motherboard has two PCI express slots -only one of them is suitable at 16x speed if you are installing one graphics card. This motherboard can do two ati crossfire graphics cards but the expense wasn't worth it to me. I installed an nvidia geforce gtx 650ti card in mine. I love it... $150 card can play all the latest games. The next step up with the gtx 750 card is a hundred dollars more... And more than I wanted to spend for a modest increase in performance over the 650.

Is the memory upgradable?
1) How many Gb's Max?
2) Can it handle ddr3 2400 memory cards

I am very happy I bought this computer. great value for the price. the only thing I don't like is that it only has sata II on the motherboard. for sata III you'll have to use one PCI slot for a sata card.

1) 64 GB ram maximum. (with four 16gb sticks of ram)

2) yes it can handle ddr3 2400 (over clocked). check the motherboard specs closely before you order extra ram for it.

Also, this model M11BB-US003S comes with two 8 GB sticks of ram installed.
