It has a hdmi output but no input. You will need a different video card for the hdmi input.

No, it does not.  Win 7 is pre-installed on the hard drive and there is a recovery parition to retore it to "factory settings" if needed but no separate copy of Win7.

Is this unit assembled by ASUS or Newegg?  Some of the specs are those quoted on the ASUS website for the M32AD.

I'm fairly sure its Asus assembled.  I bought this model month or two ago and it works great if you're just using it for general office work. But, to get it working to its potential you'll probably have to put some money into upgrading it I. E. WiFi, graphics and power source

No, it does not include Microsoft WORD.  MS Word is an additional piece of software you would have to purchase separately or as part of the Microsoft Office Suite.

No there was no wifi card included.  It was simple to add a usb wifi without affecting the warranty.  I got it for my mother for her internet shopping and Facebook games and such.  Nice machine for the money.

No it does not. If you want to connect wireless you will have to add the card afterwards.

One CPU with 4 cores. The Core i5 4460 processor in this PC is pretty good, especially at this price point.

This unit did not come with a monitor. You would need to purchase a monitor separately or use one you already own. The only "combo" part was the included mouse and keyboard.

Can i change the motherboard out to higher capabilities for upgrada at a later date and still use the same components?

Whether you're budget bound or not, a mid-range main board with a price reduction, 8 not 4 but 8 gigs of memory, a mid-range i5 processor coupled with a DVD burner in a nice mid-size case with a keyboard and mouse tossed in, the only thing that was a bit of a downer is a prefer a larger power supply so if I want to add something or anything else I want. So for the money how can you go wrong? You can always add a high end i7 (Devils Canyon) but the first thing I would do would be to pick up a nice video card and a larger PSU. But yes you can now days almost all components are interchangeable, but why would you? I think you would find that a decent video card would be all you need for some time.
