Yes, it has wifi capability, but (in case you want to know) does not have bluetooth connection capability.

Should be able to run two monitors on this, as it has both VGA and HDMI ports - however, you'll need to make sure you have at least one monitor that has an HDMI port.

When your doing video editing, you'll want to have plenty of RAM and a good CPU. In my opinion, this computer would make the cut for that activity.
