Mine was a 7200 RPM.  If you clck on the picture of the computer it will take you to the description page. Go to the specifications tab which is located down the page. It will describe your hard drive there.

How many expansion slots available?

The motherboard seems to have only two expansion slots, even though the back of the case shows four expansion bay covers.

Of the two actual slots, one is an x16 PCI Express slot, which ASUS has used for graphic cards in some builds of this chassis.  This slot is the highest of the four expansion bay covers on the back panel, closest to the I/O plate.

Then skip the next expansion plate cover, and in line with the third expansion bay cover (or second from the bottom) is a smaller mini PCIe slot, which in some builds ASUS has used for a Wireless network card with a rubber duckie antenna on the back.

Since the AMD A10-7800 already has a GPU built into the CPU (called an APU) which is the Radeon R7, and since this particular "DH02" iteration already comes with wireless networking built into the machine without need for adding a card, the two slots on the motherboard are unpopulated as shipped.
