Can more RAM be added to the motherboard?

I went to crucialcom let their software analyze my pc. They guarantee all available ram,  sshd, etc that they make and you may need, and I got a 4gb ram for about $20 put it in , turned it on and my pc automatically made it all work. Greedy pc makers should install at least 8gb off the line.

Does this come with a key board and mouse or do you have to buy it seperately?

Yes it does come with a keyboard and mouse. I ordered this for my wife, and ecxept for some of the quirks in Windows 10, she is very happy with it.

I have not installed another hard drive at this time ; but it should not be a problem.

can the power supply be upgraded to say a 500 watt or bigger?

Yes with some manipulation but, why? I purchased the machine for an office manager and his IT needs are minimal: web-based and office programs, and some file storing. No optical drive, no gaming, no graphics rendering, and very little spreadsheet work. If you're planning to upgrade the machine, it was not designed for that and also, there's not a lot of room in the case, anyway.

Does this computer come with anti-virus software, production software, and technical support?

I did not notice because upon receiving the computer, I removed all trial version and promotional software immediately except Windows Defender, which comes with all latest version of Windows operating systems. I left the software on the computer. As for technical support, I didn't bother to see since I plan on maintaining and servicing the computer myself should the need arises.  Sorry, I can't answer your questions.  You'll have to find someone else who purchased one of these computers and get him/her to respond.
