Yes, although I have only completed the pre-signup for windows 10.  I am still waiting for the actual download from Microsoft on this pc, my laptop was completed weeks ago

There is NO built in wireless connection. You will need to add a wireless card or adapter.

Is this windows 8.1 64bit? I want to upgrade the ram but know that 32 bit only supports 4gb

This computer is windows 8.1 64 bit and i beleive it is upgradable to 8 gb, however asus tells me that opening it to upgrade will void my warranty. Asus is becoming renowned for terrible customer service. I have a few horror stories with them. I advise you to stick with a better company like lenovo or dell.

Can an additional internal drive be added for a total of two internal HDDs?

Yes we purchased 6 of these PC's and they work great!  in one of them we installed a second SATA drive and this worked great, just change the Bios to add this drive letter and your good to go.

Just bought-like the computer, hate Win 8.1 How hard is it to install Win 7 ?

You can go to ninitecom & install Classic Shell to make it look exactly like Windows 7.  I'm told that Windows 7 may not have support much longer.  I just installed Windows 10, & it also very closely resembles Windows 7.  Best of luck!

Can i equip a Video graphic card into this computer?

Yes you can. just make sure you open up the computer to examine the required pin configuration your computer will accept. I do not know if there are ant USB type video cards. If they exist, this would fit without opening the computer case since you have two USB2 ports and four USB ports on this system.

1 with room to add i think another chip or two dont remember since i dont have this pc anymore. how they have the fan sitting on the processor it can easily come off if the pc is shaken to hard and because of that it fell off while i was packing my stuff to move and fried the processor when i turned it on at my new house but other then that it was a really good pc while i had it

What do I need to connect to the internet? A wireless adapter? Any suggestions?

The tower has one (1) gigabit wired network (RJ-45) jack.  If you want wireless connectivity, you will need to install a wireless adapter.  I have had very good luck with ASUS products for the past six years.  Cisco/Linksys also a very good choice for a wireless adapter option.
