Question 1

Hi, does the M32CD-US014T memory come with 16gb DDR3, DDR3L, or DDR4? The i7-6700 isn't supposed to be run with DDR3, so I'm hoping it's a typo in the specs. Thank you!

Speccy says "16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 797MHz (11-11-11-28)".  I'm not sure beyond that though.

Could it support DVI dual-link?

I havn't tried it myself, but u will need Male To Dual Female DVI I Video Cable. And you should spend atleast 15$ on cable they are selling alot of fake cables out there. The fakes are thinner cords and missing proper pins and the ohms dont match up on either side of connector when tested. your'e looking for thick cables to be legit.
I have the pc set up to a 1080p 120hz 47" LCD TV and a hdmi connection and when i hook up monitor in options it has a mirroring option to mirror an image and eventually im going to be blind but will have fun getting there. lol

How many monitors will this machine run at a time? My requirements are 3 or 4.

Although the Video card has 2 DVI ports and 1 HDMI, i would not recommend more then two monitors.  I connected 2 ASUS 23"monitors (VH238H), one to each DVI port and they work fine, even on full HD.  You could connect a third to the HDMI port, but 3 will probably slow down response times and you may well suffer from lag.  I think 4 will definitely overtax the current configuration.  If you really need more than two monitors I suggest you change the video card for something a little more robust like the GTX 960.  Its more apt for multiple monitors, and costs between $200 and $250, depending on the clock speed.  Alternatively, the GXT 980 4GB VRAM, is better for gaming, but more expensive.

Is the 16GB memory 2 8GB memory sticks or 1 16GB memory stick?

Memory is 2 8GB sticks and there are only 2 slots on the mother board.

Can the Ubuntu (Linux) operating system be installed and run on this machine?

Yes, but you may not be able to run windows 10 unless you add a separate partition for linux on your drive so you can dual boot. You can boot linux from a cd disk as well. The drawbacks to linux are drivers, and it cannot run some high end software.

Can this use 220 volt power?

yes, there is a switch in the back of the power supply to change the power from 120 to 220.

Will this be able to run CSGO at 60FPS at med to high settings?

How many hard drives can this hold and how many sata connections are included?

Four sata connections total, two available. I'm a novice about digging into a computer. I only see one good place to mount an extra hard drive, but my 2.5" adapter gives me two.

Be advised: if you want to use this for gaming and you like a quiet computer, you must add a different video cooler. The Arctic Accelero III fits, but you will have to hard wire it to either medium or high speed. (The Accelero IV doesn't fit.)

What are the PSU specs? (Brand,rail wattage, efficiency)

It's a Delta DPS-500AB-6 A. You can find good pics of the label online, but I'm not sure how to track down the efficiency.
