The description of this product alternates between saying it has an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760  and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670. Which is it?

It has a 1tb drive as far as the future goes that's up to Asus. Now as far as upgrading once you own it you can do as you please,  just remember once you open any factory computer you VOID all factory warranties if you wanna upgrade, for all intended purposes this is an awesome computer just the way it is (unless you don't like Windows 8 - that is) I bought this computer actually to be my work computer and it is awesome, it's super fast and an all around great machine,  only draw back was at work the IT guys don't like or want Windows 8, me personally Windows 8 is ok - you just have to get used to the way it is made/works & how to navigate around in it. Now everyone knows you can't get a decent computer (mid or upper end) to come with Windows 7 unless you build it yourself, in this case I didn't have time to build it myself so I opted to this computer got a Samsung 840 evo 500mb ssd card & a copy of Windows 7 ultimate to install on it and put in the machine,  which I did not want to get rid of Windows 8 (I did essentially buy it cuz it came pre-installed), it all sounded pretty easy buy install done - not so but after a complete day of working on it and researching it- I finally got it done and it works great 2 hard drives (which one is a ssd) & 2 op systems and I switch back if I want/need to with regular hard drive an Windows 8 it was rated at a 5.9 (cuz of regular hd) with Windows 7 & ssd it is now rated at 7.8 (all because the ssd) so I hope this answers your question and helps others if anyone needs help with how to easily install 2 hd & 2 different op systems with 1 being Windows 8 just ask, cuz it's not just like ok install it, but I did learn the trick to it - sorry Microsoft you have stopped people yet from doing what they really want to do with your op systems - Microsoft has made it difficult to have 2 op's with one being Windows 8, but where there is a will there is a way

This won't let me write in any product info. The product I am looking at right now, in the "product tour" section, it lists the power supply as 300 watt, in the customer Q & A, they are saying it has a 500w power supply, which is it? I don't know how to tell you what motherboard it is.

I bought this computer, and it keeps waking up from sleeping or hibernating.

I've unplugged the trackball and keyboard, that wasn't it.

Any ideas?

Had the same problem. You want to go into your control panel, power options, open the sleep option, allow wake timers, and set to NEVER. That should do it...

Okay.  This machine comes with Waves MaxxAudio.  I recently "updated" my Realtek audio driver (from the Asus website for this specific model) and as soon as the update was complete, it had wiped out Waves MaxxAudio.  I've contacted Waves, and they have tried to help, but to no avail.  I've contacted Asus, but only received their automated response that someone would get back with 24-48 hours.  What a joke.  They never respond.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Solutions???

Would this computer work for gaming?

I am really enjoying WOW and Elder Scrolls on ultra settings after I upgraded the ram to 32 gb :-) voids the warranty to do that though just a warning. As it was, it would have played them just fine on high though. Hippie that helps!

The description says it has these graphics outputs: 1 VGA, 1 DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 DisplayPort. Looking at the images of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (2GB), I can see all but the VGA port.

Is the VGA port mentioned on the motherboard, and if so, is it turned off?

I'd like to run three monitors off this machine's DVI, DisplayPort, and VGA (unless there's a way to use both DVI ports for independent screens (plus DisplayPort for a third)?)

To answer my own question (I bought the machine): the VGA port is covered up, I guess to avoid people (like at least one reviewer) getting confused and thinking they only got the onboard graphics. I'm running two monitors off the two DVI ports, which works great. Tried to hook up a third monitor using DisplayPort, but that didn't work. Didn't spend much time on it though, as I found I do not really have the space for three monitors.

does this model include both the NFC communication add-on and the USM (universal storage module) bay?

Nope. Includes Neither. The bay where the USM would be is just a metal slot. Also no NFC capabilities that I can figure out. I've tried setting my phone (LG G2 Verizon) on top and it won't charge. It only has supposed fast charge from the motherboard, usable on the usb 3.0 ports.

Also as a note, the graphics card is a 760 OEM (192-bit) so it's not as good as the 256 bit 760's out there. It's basically a 660.
