Will this board run a FX-8350 right out of the box or does it require flashing the bios?

Yes it does run a FX-8350 right out of the box. However after you install all your drivers and OS -there are some new BIOS that increase stability of the system. 
 The new ASUS flash BIOS is easy to download to a USB from the website and easy to flash in the advanced BIOS section. Don't worry if your not sure if you downloaded it correctly it scans your USB in advanced flash BIOS and lets you pick the correct file!

What brand/size/speed memory have you had success with on this board ?

I purchased G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C11D-16GZL and it works great!  I purchased these over 3 months ago.  Also, the manual for the motherboard lists compatible memory, although what I purchased is not listed but it works perfectly.  A note on the motherboard, if you plan on using raid you will not be able to plug any other sata drives into the gray connectors except what is configured for raid.

No there is no video card on this motherboard. If you aren't planning on buying a separate video card then don't get this motherboard. It is designed to work in tandem with a separate video card. There aren't even any video output ports on the Mobo

Does this motherboard have USB 3.0 Headers for the front of my case?

Yes. I haven't assembled my full system yet, but I've mounted the board into my case, and it has a usb 3.0 hookup for the front. Sorry I couldn't give you any functionality info, and I hope this helps :)

Will an Asus Radeon HD 7770 vidoe card be compatible with this motherboard?

Yes absolutely. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be compatible.  Just use the PCIe x16 slot to get maximum performance. Also if you are worried about the 2.0 generation of the PCIe slots on this mobo, don't worry, 3.0 gen cards work fine with no performance drop.  Video cards don't yet utilize the 3.0 PCIe slots. 2.0 provides enough power.

This model is made specifically for AMD processors. The first thing to look for on a motherboard is the processor slot. If there is one lever to release/installation it is for AMD. If there are two (one on each side of the processor slot) it's for intel.

I've never built a computer before and I am a bit lost on compatability. I was wondering if an ASUS GTX650TI-O-1GD5 GeForce item # N82E16814121686 would work with this motherboard. I also was wondering if these combined with an AMD FX-6300 Vishera would be compatable and be good for gaming?

Short answer: yes it will be compatible, and yes it will make a pretty decent gaming rig.

Long answer: Virtually all graphics cards are PCIe (PCI Express), which is a universal standard.  As long as the motherboard has a full-length PCIe slot (listed as PCIe x16 in the specs), then you can use virtually any graphics card you like.

The specific hardware combination you are building will work fine for videogames.  The FX-6300 is a very solid, cheap processor.  The 6 cores will make your system nice and snappy, for 1/3 of the price of a competing Intel processor.  (Intel is the way to go for raw power and performance, but AMD is the way to go when on a budget.)

Also, don't let anyone tell you "run AMD/AMD and Intel/Nvidia".  Any graphics card will work fine with any processor.  It's all handled at the driver level, not the low-level hardware interactions.

So buy them and enjoy!

POWER SUPPLY OF 600W IS OK FOR ONE G CARD. Not fan of PNY.
I would look at 700 w are higher. The Asus m5A99fX IS GOOD.
Have no issue with this mb. Just upgrade bios. and make sure memory reads what you put in it.

Will this run well with battlefield 4 better than the M5a97 LE r2.0?

This motherboard is incredible...  BF4 will run well on it.  The beta ran well.  I just went from a Gigabyte 990XA UD3 to this one and glad I did.  Seems like a better build quality and a lot of options for tweaking to get the most performance out of the board.  I just went into bios and clicked the auto performance option...  had my AMD 8350 running at 4400mhz without a problem...  temp stayed at 39C under load.  Pretty nice!  If you want a good board that doesn't break your wallet choose this one.  I am glad I did.  Also, look at the bios update frequency.  You can tell ASUS is always looking to improve on an already incredible board.  The Gigabyte board was few and far between.

Is it good for a gaming pc? i will be using nvidia 750ti gpu and intel  6700 cpu. and 2 8 gig rams, will it hold all that

This motherboard is only for AMD CPUs using the AM3+ socket type. For an Intel i7-6700, you'll need a motherboard using the LGA1151 socket type. Basically any motherboard you find will support a video card like the 750ti and will have at least two RAM slots (though if you're building a gaming PC, you probably want to downgrade the CPU to an i5 and use the extra money on a better video card).

If you were using an FX CPU, then yeah, it's good for a gaming build around one of those chips, I've been very satisfied with the motherboard, but you're better off getting an Intel CPU at the moment since the FX line is getting kind of dated.
