I ordered and receive this sound card but it said it would not work with m y OS.     I have windows 7 ultimate......what inexpensive sound card would work with my Asus mother board I ordered from you about 2 years ago?

I purchased this sound card for an old Server that I was placing at a remote office and it is being used for everyday use and left on 24/7.

That is the reason I chose this particular type of unit, for the durability. As far as the sound card goes, it is installed on Win 8 Pro and I have no issues with it. I have a set of Logitech Bluetooth enabled 2.1 speakers and it sounds great.

I'm not to familiar with Windows 7 Ultimate, but I would highly suggest the upgrade into 8. I didn't even need to run the driver disk.

Will this Audio Card Work On My XP Pro Computer, and Does it come with a driver?

Almost certainly not.  This card works with some ASUS motherboards (server and workstation, not home or gaming) and uses a proprietary MIO slot found on those motherboards, not a PCIE slot.  I got it _because_ it would take up a PCIE slo.
Also, I doubt it has XP drivers, just because I don't think that generation of ASUS motherboards came out before MS Server 2008 & win 7.

How many stereo inputs does this have? Does this work properly with Winows 7?  Will this work properly in my HP XW6200 desktop tower? Does this include a cd with the drivers?

ASUS claims Windows 7 support.  I have no firsthand knowledge.

Not relevant???  Either way ASUS lists this device as requiring an ASUS MIO Interface, which I doubt the HP has.

It has a "Coaxial S/PDIF Out port", no Coaxial input port.  I want to point out that this card uses a proprietary slot only available on certain motherboards that you probably can't find.  I bought my card by mistake not having realized this.
