Pros: Worked out of box, has both SATA III and USB 3.0 for really cheap. Quick setup, drivers installed automatically when I put the cd in once I booted up into windows 7 x64. I don't have any SATA III or USB 3 devices yet, but it's pretty quick

Cons: None that I can think of. It would have been nice to have it x1 but I don't think it would have had enough bandwidth to carry the transfer speeds this thing can do. It could have had a couple more SATA ports but again, for the price it's not a con

Overall Review: it took a while to boot up the first time but now it's really quick. I expected that though because it's a new piece of h/w. I wish it was pci-e x1 because I have a couple of those and only one x16 and just the integrated gpu. I recommend this product! Overall Review: 1. Verify that upgrade manufacturer's device is compatible with Main Board's manufacturer before purchasing and installing to help avoid RMA's and other grief. 2. Always check with ASUS for latest USB3 host driver firmware from NEC to avoid any potential issues. 3. Kudos to Newegg as always for competitive pricing and shipping.

Overall Review: Great, I don't have 2 replace the motherboard for USB 3.0 or Sata III

Pros: Installed the card, booted the computer, installed the driver - Done. Using this ASUS card in my EVGA SLI LE with no problems - at least on day one. When combined with the Rosewill RX358 enclosure and a Samsung F3 Spinpoint 1TB drive, I am seeing an average transfer rate of 117mb/sec and 13.7ms access time.

Pros: Installation went easy... I installed it on a GA-EX58-UD5 board. I read the warnings, this board does have a PCI EX 4x miniport above the graphics card... that is what the card says to install it on. I don't know if installing it on an x16 would be better

Cons: I am not seeing these ultra fast speeds that USB 3.0 is claiming. I am more satisfied with eSata by far. The max I have seen my drive go at is 37 MB/second... but then it goes down to 27.7, but I am using the 2.5" Seagate usb 3.0 drive... and it is a 7200 drive, but not sure how good it is. In the defense of the drive and the card, I am transferring lots of small files.

Overall Review: I haven't tested the sata ports yet, but I need a drive capable of hitting those new sata speeds. The bigger the file size the better the performance on the drive.

Pros: works just fine on Supermicro H8DME2, with nforce 3600 chipset (professional version of nForce 4). Win7 install does not require any driver, it is already recognized as a generic SATA III ahci driver in device manager after install, you need to install the Marvell drivers after, chipset Marvell 9123. Benches Mushkin Chronos 60GB SATA II SSD at 327MB/s (mobo has only pcie 1.0). USB 3.0 controller installation is needed after windows loads otherwise is not recognized.
