Pros: Laptop disassembly was very efficient. 4 screws out of the back and 1 underneath the battery cover and the entire bottom plate slides off, giving you access to the entire motherboard and components. Western Digital Scorpio Hard drive. 2GB on board and 2GB SODIMM RAM. Sturdy construction with a durable plastic exterior. LED Backlight is extremely energy efficient, and toggling power modes is as easy as Fn+spacebar. Out of the box its boasting almost 4 hours battery life, I suspect after memory loss and wear and tear it'll push 3 hours no problems long term. This is a great entry-priced laptop, and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade mom or dad or who is buying their first laptop. 1 year accidental damage warranty is a BIG PLUS as well.
Cons: Battery is only 4400mWh, the overall energy efficiency of the laptop compensates for this though.
Overall Review: Snakepit, you can't blame software problems (and ineptitude) on the hardware manufacturer.
