Question 1

I want to replace an existing ASUS motherboard IPIMB-AR with this motherboard.  Will it fit my chassis correctly?  And will it support the booting of Windows 7?

First, the  IPIMB-AR is a Acer motherboard according to the model number and not Asus but that is not a issue since it is a Micro ATX design which means the ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS should fit the tower the same. The only issue here is that your processor must be a Intel socket LGA 1155 type CPU and the power supply your tower has will power the board and the components attached to it correctly.

How much Hdd i can use with this motherboard ?
I m  using 
1 x 160 gb
1 x 320 gb
1 x 500 gb
& its working very slow from the day i attach 3rd 500 gb hdd........
please guide me what to do ?

Things to check,
1) Is your power supply adequate to handle the load.
2) If the Hard drive is old it may need defragging.
3) Make sure all connections are secure and correct.
