Not to my knowledge. It's a Wi-Fi adapter, not a bluetooth adapter. On Linux, I see this
in the lspci output:

No reason it wouldn't be. I don't own a z370, but looking at the specs and a pic online it does have a PCI-Ex1 slot which is all you need to use it.

Yes. This will work in any PCI X slot. It will fit into the very front of the slot (closest to the rear connector panel) on each of the different PCI X slots - no matter which one.
If the device has any trouble functioning in your particular system it will be due to the motherboard or firmware.
It should function in the PCI X1 slot.
It shoulfd function in the PCI X4 slot

Yes this card has a SFF faceplate shipped with it. The mini/standard tower faceplate is attached from the factory and you will need to change it.

Certainly compatible. Only downside is the video card is above where the wireless card goes. It's better to get a wireless card that has a remote base for antennas. (My opinion)
